Resilient IT is a cybersecurity and CMMC readiness-focused Managed Service Provider supporting organizations with secure infrastructure, compliance, and operational resilience.
We are looking for a Service Technician who enjoys solving real problems, working across different environments, and improving client security and reliability.
This is not a "ticket factory" role. Our technicians troubleshoot, automate, and help clients operate more securely.
Application Instructions:
Resumes provided in PDF format are required, applications without resumes in PDF or no resumes will NOT be considered.
Please answer the following three questions (limit responses to 4-6 sentences):

How would you prioritize these and why? - Explain multifactor authentication to a non-technical business owner in 3-4 sentences

Optional but highly recommended: Include a short (1–2 minute) video explaining multifactor authentication to a business owner.
To confirm attention to detail, include the word "Resilience" in the final line of your application.
Qualified applicants will receive by email a link to a short assessment to continue the process
