Responsibilities

  • Defining and managing our brand
  • Conducting campaign management for marketing initiatives
  • Producing marketing and promotional materials
  • Creating content, managing search engine optimization, and working with hosting company to enhance the overall look and feel for our website
  • Monitoring and managing company social media accounts
  • ​Creating, monitoring, and managing company CRM – campaigns, automations, lists and its activity
  • Serving as media liaison
  • Monthly newsletter management
  • Organize and manage marketing collateral
  • Perform market and client research
  • Create reports on marketing performance
  • Managing the company Social Media accounts and posting with relevant content for our industry / target market. Responding to posts on behalf of the company
  • Working with website provider to ensure accuracy, functionality and company messaging.

Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • 1-3 years experience in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in marketing, graphic design, business or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platforms for business
  • Strong experience with Canva and Adobe products

Must Have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
  • Ability to spot emerging trends
  • Experience with Social Media, email marketing, CRM and search engines
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills
  • Strong documentation skills
