Position Overview
The Client Success Manager serves as the primary advocate and relationship owner for assigned clients.
This role is responsible for ensuring clients receive exceptional value from their partnership with Resilient IT by maintaining strong relationships, facilitating strategic discussions, aligning services with business objectives, and helping clients navigate operational, cybersecurity, and compliance challenges.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who enjoys working closely with business leaders, understanding their goals, and ensuring they have the resources, guidance, and support needed to succeed.
This is not a quota-driven sales position. Success is measured by client satisfaction, retention, strategic alignment, and long-term relationship growth.
What You'll Do
Build Trusted Relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Understand each client's business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
- Act as the client's advocate within Resilient IT.
- Foster long-term partnerships built on trust and accountability.
Drive Client Success
- Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings.
- Help clients identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Ensure services remain aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate discussions around risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity.
- Coordinate internal resources to support client initiatives and objectives.
Promote Alignment and Value
- Monitor client health and satisfaction.
- Ensure clients understand available resources and services.
- Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities before they become issues.
- Help clients prioritize initiatives that support their growth and success.
- Guide clients through changing business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate Internal Teams
- Collaborate with service delivery, project, engineering, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
- Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with escalation management and resolution when necessary.
Support Long-Term Growth
- Participate in strategic planning discussions.
- Help clients prepare for future business and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities where additional services may support client objectives.
- Ensure clients continue receiving maximum value from their partnership with Resilient IT.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, relationship management, consulting, or customer-facing business roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing executive-level relationships.
- Ability to facilitate strategic business discussions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Strong client advocacy mindset.
Preferred
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), MSSP, consulting firm, or technology services organization.
- Experience conducting Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) or executive business reviews.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, or business continuity concepts.
- Experience supporting government contractors or regulated industries.

Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000-80,000
Performance Bonus Eligible
Compensation is based on experience, relationship management capabilities, client retention, and overall contribution to client success.
